The Worldwide House is located at the intersection of Pedder Street and Connaught Road Central. The shopping mall is situated in the core of our business district Central, right above the MTR station. To encourage more visitor flow, an outdoor big TV screen is erected on the wall of the shopping mall; not only does advertising bring economic gain but also making Worldwide House more popular with the public. Levels 1 to 3 forms the shopping mall with total floor area measuring at more than 76,000 sq.ft. and housing more than 200 mini shops within its spacious interior layout. The shopping mall has a diverse tenant mix - bank & currency exchange, jewelers, travel agencies etc. Apart from catering the office staff working in Central, some tenants locked their target customer focus with travelers from elsewhere. With affluent business opportunities, operators make good profit; thus providing reasonable rental yield for vendors holding such retail properties.
